Do I need to know anything about payroll?

Does this file my taxes?
No. WageHarbor is a recordkeeping tool, not a filing service. It helps you stay organized so you or your accountant can file accurately. We point you to the right IRS resources.
Can I use Google Sheets or Excel?
Both. We provide an .xlsx download and a Google Sheets "Make a Copy" link. All formulas work identically in either.
Is my data stored somewhere?
No. Your workbook lives on your own computer or Google Drive. WageHarbor never sees or stores your data.
